An integrative practice helping you understand yourself more deeply, so you can move forward with clarity, self-compassion and confidence.
With holistic wellness ingrained in everything I do, I always begin by understanding the person. Therapeutic counselling, coaching, and physical wellbeing are not treated as separate disciplines, but as complementary approaches drawn upon according to your needs.
Counselling makes sense of the present and the patterns that shaped it. Coaching looks toward what you want to build, whilst physical wellbeing supports the body that carries you through both. Every person's journey is different - and so is every approach.
The three often affect one another, too. Someone experiencing depression, for example, will often find their motivation to move dips right along with it.
This integrative approach means you're not juggling three different practitioners for three different parts of your life.
